Make sure you have a pin lock activated on your mobile phone to ensure no one can access your messages and use your mimoney vouchers!

Yes you can, call the mimoney call centre to assist you! Remember to block your stolen phone at your Service Provider. If you keep your cell phone number, the mimoney voucher will still be valid. If you have a new cell phone number issued to you, you will need to contact the mimoney helpdesk to assist you.
