How do I use it?

mimoney is an online payment mechanism for people who want to use their mobile phone to pay for goods and services over the internet and at selected mobi sites.

What is a .mobi site? A .mobi web site is just a normal website, but more easily accessible from Internet browsers on any devise – e.g. mobile phones.

When paying for goods on mimoney branded sites (web and/or mobi site) – your payment option when checking out will be mimoney. Follow the easy steps by entering your mobile number and micode/18 digit voucher number. A delivery address for your purchase will most likely be needed too.

mimoney can also be used at retail stores or via call centres! When these transactions take place; after purchasing, a new micode will be sent to the user’s mobile phone instantly – with an updated balance. The reason for this is because the cashier/teller now has access to the mimoney user’s mimoney number and mobile phone number. The used mimoney number therefore becomes invalid.

mimoney connect users will have an active balance on their mobile screen – tracking all transactions and keeping the mimoney balance up-to-date.
